Exhibit Opportunity

This is not a trade show, but an education conference that offers tabletop exhibit opportunities.  Each exhibitor receives approximately 8ft x 8ft of space, which includes a 6ft skirted table and chair.  Electricity can be added, but must be done at registration.

This event does not offer onsite rental of equipment.  Anything you would like to have in your booth space beyond the table and chair must be brought with you and must fit in the 8ft x 8ft space.  If your exhibit materials encroach on the space of your neighbor, you will be asked to remove some of the display items, as space is limited in this venue.

Setup takes place on Monday, January 16, between 2pm - 6pm.  If you setup on Tuesday morning, it must be completed by 7:30am.
